Marangal (Marito) Domingo

A finance industry veteran, Marito brings more than 20 years of finance, investment and capital markets experience.  

Before joining First Tech, Marito served as the Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of First PacTrust Bancorp and PacTrust Bank based in Irvine, California. He acted as the Principal and Founder of Decision Advisors, providing business strategy and consulting services to banks and financial investors. In his previous positions, he worked closely with the Board of Directors and Risk Management Committees to provide business strategy and staff management. In 2023, Marito was named by Portland Business Journal as one of the Executives of the Year.
