Jason brings to First Tech an expertise in delivering outstanding member experiences. With a broad background in customer relations and operations strategy, Jason leads with a member-first approach that is guided by more than two decades of executive leadership.
Prior to joining First Tech, Jason served as the Vice President of Customer Experience for Aspiration Bank in Los Angeles—and as Executive of Operations at CoreLogic in San Diego before that. He also acted as Vice President of Operations for Capital One 360 (formerly ING Direct) in Wilmington, Delaware for nearly 10 years.
