Jason Heupel

Jason leads the organization’s commitment to delivering exceptional member experiences. With more than 20 years of executive leadership, Jason brings deep expertise in digital banking, member experience, operational strategy, and member & employee centric design across the financial services and technology sectors. 

Before joining First Tech, Jason served as VP of Customer Experience at GreenFi in Los Angeles, where he led transformative initiatives in digital engagement and service delivery. He also held senior roles at CoreLogic in San Diego, overseeing large-scale operations and process optimization. In addition, Jason spent nearly a decade as VP of Operations at Capital One 360 (formerly ING Direct) in Wilmington, Delaware, where he played a key role in shaping the company’s customer-centric culture and operational infrastructure.
