Meet Ashley.

When Ashley bought her first home, she didn't go through First Tech. What she experienced were long delays and a disappointing lack of communication. She knew she wanted to make a difference and ensure members would never go through what she experienced.

"I love when members walk away feeling confident in their purchase," Ashley explained. "They'll be better prepared for the future if they buy again. I like knowing I was part of that."

Ashley attended Glendale Community College on a tennis scholarship where she studied dance. She recently got married and became a mom. In addition, Ashley still plays tennis and enjoys rec softball with her husband.
