John leads the organization’s human capital strategy, cultural transformation, and talent development to drive business growth. With nearly 30 years of global HR leadership experience, John has proven track record of aligning people strategies with organizational objectives across diverse industries, including technology, financial services, and engineering.  

Prior to joining First Tech, John served as Chief Human Resources Officer at Absolute Software and as Chief People & Administrative Officer at Tapestry Solutions, a Boeing Company. In these roles, he oversaw global HR operations across four continents, leading initiatives in organizational design, total rewards, and talent development. John has also guided companies through complex transformations, including mergers, acquisitions, and digital evolution.
