She has held senior executive enterprise risk leadership roles at some of the nation’s most notable financial institutions, including Navy Federal Credit Union, Capital One, Sallie Mae, Freddie Mac, and the FDIC, where she built a strong foundation in risk governance and oversight. Recognized as an innovator and transformational leader, Elizabeth has built and modernized enterprise-wide risk programs, led large cross-functional teams, and is known for driving business optimization and operational effectiveness through data, technology, automation, and emerging capabilities that strengthen resilience, unlock growth, and improve decision-making in highly regulated environments.

Elizabeth is responsible for Information Security, Credit Risk, Market Risk, ALM/Liquidity Risk, Model Risk, Enterprise Risk, Operational Risk, AI Risk, and Regulatory Liaison. Her approach positions risk management as a strategic business enabler—one that protects the institution while helping it innovate with confidence. With experience spanning cybersecurity, digital platforms, automation, AI, financial crimes, regulatory engagement, and large-scale operations, she brings a modern, forward-looking perspective to risk leadership.
