How to order a new debit card lost or stolen (desktop)
Whether you misplace your card, it gets stolen or want a new card number, you can request a new debit card through Online Banking. Follow the steps below to get started.

Step 1
Log in to Digital Banking.
Step 2
Select ‘Manage Cards’.
Step 3
Select the lost debit card.
Step 4
Select a reason to replace the card, the date when the card was lost or stolen, and the location the card was last used.
Step 5
Select an address to send the replacement card to and a shipping method.
Step 6
Acknowledge the replace card information for lost or stolen cards and click ‘Submit’.
