How to make a one time ACI payment

Making a one-time ACI payment is a quick and easy process. You can make a payment through your First Tech account with your non-First Tech debit card, checking or savings account. Read the guide below for step-by-step instructions to make a payment.

Step 1

Log in to ACI Pay: Provide your account number and the last four digits of your social security number, then click log in.

You can find account numbers in First Tech Digital Banking or on monthly statements.
To find account numbers in Digital Banking: Log in, select the account you want to make a payment on and reveal the full number by clicking on the "eye" icon.

Provide your name, service address and email address. You will need to either click the box to confirm your mailing address is the same as the service address provided or, click the Show Mailing Address link and leave the box unchecked to provide a different mailing address. Any required fields left blank will highlight in red.

Payment can come from either using account & routing number details or a debit card. If using a debit card for payment is preferred, click ADD NEW CARD. Once complete, click NEXT STEP.

Payment Amount: Your payment amount must be between $0.01 and $2999.99. Enter the desired payment amount and click REVIEW.
