A little insight into
For me, client relationships are built on a foundation of trust and empowerment. I have more than 20 years of industry experience, having previously worked for State Farm in various facets of insurance and financing. Prior to that time, I was able to showcase my people skills in a successful retail management career.
My goal is to provide clients with the tools they need to better understand the insurance process so they can make informed decisions.
Gaining people’s trust is paramount. This especially holds true for the work I do with our foreign national members. I take the time to fully examine their needs and explore all suitable coverage options, before making any recommendations. Doing what’s right isn’t about selling a policy, but rather doing what’s best for my client. My connection goes beyond an insurance quote – from helping them find neighborhoods with good schools to recommending local restaurants, I try to help clients settle into their new home.
I am a Dean’s List graduate of Diablo Valley College and City University, where I earned degrees in business and marketing. My interests include gardening, spending time with my family, and volunteering for such organizations as Homeward Pet and The Sophia Way.
