We’ve implemented several measures to provide members healthy physical environments when they visit our locations. Additionally, we’ve built financial programs and solutions to help members manage their finances through unexpected challenges.
First Tech Financial Care
For those experiencing financial hardship, First Tech offers an Emergency Assistance Program and helped our business members apply for the Small Business Administration’s Paycheck Protection Program loan. We’re no longer applying for PPP loans but we are helping members understand PPP loan forgiveness. Each situation is unique, so we’ll work directly with you to develop a plan that fits your life. We want you to know you’re supported, no matter what life throws your way. Additionally, we provide educational tools to help you make the most of your resources. For this and more please visit the Financial Care page.
Our branches will remain open where possible, and we will continue to ensure that all of our public areas follow the recommendations from the CDC and guidelines from state and local health authorities. As we adjust to current conditions some branches may be impacted and those will be listed here. As of July 1, 2020, we are requiring members to wear a mask at our locations.
With so much uncertainty in the world during this difficult time, we want to reassure you that your safety is, and has always been our top priority. With guidance from our federal and state officials, we have made a number of changes to our locations in response to the COVID-19 pandemic to ensure the safety of both you and our teammates. At First Tech, we invest in you. We will continue to provide banking solutions that fit your needs wherever you are. Click the video below to learn more.

In challenging economic times, we may look for extra sources of income. Be very careful about jobs that claim to pay you, but require you send overage back to them. Any time you receive a check from someone you don’t know well, be wary. This includes the government’s Economic Impact Payment that many of us are waiting for. To ensure the check you receive is the real deal visit the Treasury’s check verification resource.
