That means we will never request your account information like verification codes, Personal Identification Number (PIN), passwords, or account balances over the phone, so please do not share this information with anyone claiming to represent First Tech. We also do not partner with any organizations that would request your personal financial information, nor do we ever ask for sensitive information through a third party.
