A little insight into
I earned my real estate license in 2003 and shortly thereafter I began working in the residential mortgage industry. Over the past 16 years, I have worked hard to learn all I can about mortgage lending from every angle. In 2003 the real estate market was completely different than the one you see today. Back then, lending guidelines were extremely relaxed and interest rates were significantly higher. Mortgage is more heavily regulated now, which has helped tremendously to protect your home’s equity. Having an experienced Loan Officer is more important than ever before. There are dozens of loan options for every borrower to consider, each with their own complexities that need to be properly explained and understood.
I begin each day by looking at the financial markets and making sure that I am up to date on any recent changes. Providing my clients with the information they need to make some of their biggest financial decisions is something I take seriously and I see it through to the end. Successfully completing a transaction on-time is very rewarding. I am an expert in the home purchase and refinance processes for primary residences, investment properties and vacation homes. One of my best strengths is my ability to communicate with the client and all parties involved (Realtors, Escrow Officers, Underwriters, and Insurance Agents, etc). This is a fundamental skill that is often overlooked. Communication is vital to a successful transaction.
I enjoy spending time with my 12 year old son and playing golf or soccer. My favorite vacation destination is going to Disneyland on Halloween. We also enjoy going to TwitchCon and other gaming events.
