How to add a Payee in Bill Pay on Mobile

Step 1
Login to the First Tech App and tap on the Bill Pay feature from the home screen.

Step 2
Tap on the green “Add a Payee” button.

Step 3
From this window, tap on either the “Business” or “Personal” button, depending on which type of Payee you want to add. For this example, we will be selecting “Business” as our Payee.

Step 4
A form will populate after tapping the “Business” button. Fill out this form and select which account you would like to fund the Payee with. Click on the “Add Payee” button once all required information has been filled out.

Step 5
The next screen will ask you to verify your identity by sending you a one-time code. Select one of the options and enter the code that is sent to you.
Step 6
Congratulations, you have successfully added a business Payee. To add a personal Payee, repeat these steps, but tap the “Personal” button when you get to the third step.
