Improvements to Wire Transfers
After working with members to review our Digital Banking services, we saw a great opportunity to improve our Wires process. We wanted to redesign the Wires page in a way that allows members to complete their needs faster, and without the aid of a First Tech representative.
Redesigning the wires process was important to enhance the suite of tools we offer for digital money movement. Similar to our newly-designed travel notifications and other digital banking updates, our members will be supported through the wire process with clear, step-by-step instructions. The streamlined process has already shown promising results, as the new domestic wire transfer form was 30 percent faster to fill out than the old form in our initial testing. All of the improvements are aimed at helping our members become more efficient with their online banking.
