Self-serve resources for members
Allowing you anywhere, anytime access to your accounts has been our thing for decades. In that same spirit, we’ve been building out the resources and tools to manage your accounts without the need for a First Tech representative. Talking with our knowledgeable people over the phone, by secure message or in the branch is still available but sometimes you might want answers right away.
We’ve added lots of new information to our website for members to reference. The What’s New in Digital Banking page highlights some of the more important developments or exciting features we’ve rolled out recently. We’ve published dozens of common questions related to digital banking. Maybe you’re currently logged in to online banking and a question pops up? Easy, we have a ‘Help’ button towards the top right-hand corner of the page. This section provides specific guidance about the feature of the page you’re on. And if all else fails, check out our Known Issues page where we regularly update members on challenges with digital banking features. This page is categorized by issue type and we try to provide workarounds or solutions whenever possible.
