Finovate Awards

We’ve been excited about the capabilities of our new digital application experience for some time, and it looks like others are finally catching on. First Tech was recently selected as a finalist in the Best Customer Experience category of the 2019 Finovate Awards. Each year, the Finovate Awards celebrate the Fintech industry’s best and brightest banks, individuals and firms who bring new ideas to life. 

The recognition comes for the work we have done to create an exceptional experience for members throughout their journey with us. From joining First Tech to account management and customer service, each interaction point has been evaluated and improved. A couple examples include our addition of nearly 50 products and services members can apply for on our website and the ability to apply faster when logged in thanks to many of the fields being prefilled.

The industry recognition is certainly appreciated, but the member experience is what we’re truly focused on improving.
