We're looking for Champions
To be a Champion, you have to be great at something. You can be great at sports. Or science. Or music. Or you can also be great at simply being a partner. An ally. An advocate.
At First Tech, we're looking for Champions. People who are in love with going out of their way to help other people build stronger financial futures. As a financial institution, we definitely like numbers, but as a credit union, we love people even more. And especially the people we call Members.
We aspire to be the most admired credit union in the country by being our Members' irreplaceable financial partner; an ally that simplifies and strengthens their financial lives. And we're always looking for dynamic, engaging and truly genuine people who want to be our partner in making it happen.

From HP to Microsoft to Agilent Technologies, Intel, Cisco, Nike and more, the companies and people we serve are different. That's why they need a Champion. Someone who is committed to making their banking simple, keeping them connected to their money wherever they are, and always watching out for their financial future, even when they aren't. Do you have what it takes?
Well, here's what we know for sure. If you're someone who shows up with a purpose rather than for just a paycheck; if you embrace innovation and change rather than fear it; or if helping people achieve financial dreams is a dream of yours, then you may be the just the Champion we’re looking to add to our team. Of course, you'll also need to make sure you have the essential skills listed below to fit any of our career opportunities.

First Tech has a rich history of supporting community events, organizations and activities. You can request First Tech support through a charitable grant or corporate sponsorship.
If your organization works to address one or more of our focus areas below, we encourage you to request a charitable grant. Support may come in the form of money or promotional exposure.
If your organization does not support at least one of the core focus areas outlined below, we regret that we'll be unable to support your request. There are many wonderful organizations working to improve communities, and we'd love to support them all. However, we believe our resources have greater impact by focusing on core social issues affecting our local communities.
- Investing in K-12 education with a focus on STEM and literacy
- Supporting community health
- Providing basic human needs support.
First Tech also supports community and industry events and activities that help us create stronger relationships with our members and the communities we serve. To be considered, your event or activity should:
- Occur in or around areas where First Tech has branches
- Serve professionals in the high tech, telecom, biotech, education, government or their related support industries
- Not support a singular individual or a religious or political organization
We’re delighted to help support our members’ higher education goals as they pursue their dreams. In 2016, we’ll award 10, $5,000 scholarships:
